Resources for People With Secondhand Smoke Disabilities
A list of groups that may be able to provide assistance to residents who qualify to use the Fair Housing Act since it prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in housing, including those with severe breathing problems, which are exacerbated by secondhand smoke. The Denver HUD office provided many of these resources.
